Billy is the Founder and chief visionary of the privately held Tactics SOG Industries, Inc. He keeps his hands full by participating in product innovation, marketing, and business development strategies.

of relationships. He is always on the lookout for collaborative ideas with
complementing products and services that has potential to increase capability and
reduce the risk for a more secured environment.
Inspired by his vision to build Tactics a leading defense and security entity in the Asia Pacific Region, and with
his international exposure and over 18 years of
successful management and leadership experience in various fields, Billy has
guided company to expand into the security services, and information and
technology systems that widens the security related services into Tactics’ offerings.
Prior to taking this role, Billy was a commissioned officer in the Regular Force of the Philippine Air Force and now as Commander (Lt. Col) in the Philippine Navy Reserve Force. As a commissioned officer, he performed different roles as a tactical helicopter pilot, and fields in intelligence, operations, training and doctrine, among others; and has performed duties in various areas in the Philippines. He has also served as Chief Political Affairs Officer at the Philippine Senate, Consultant to the National Security Adviser, and as a security consultant to various private companies.
Billy is a graduate of Master in National Security Administration from National Defense College of the Philippines; Master in Public Management Major in Security and Development from the Development Academy of the Philippines; a Certified Security Professional, Certified Aviation Security Manager, a graduate member of the Professional Directors Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He took his undergraduate degree of Management from the Philippine Military Academy and graduated in 1999.
